GUARDIANS PLAY A critical role IN ENSURING every veteran has a safe and memorable experience.

Guardians stay by the side of their Veteran from the time of departure until their return. Specific duties are provided at a mandatory training session several weeks prior to the trip, and include but are not limited to providing physical assistance, logistical support, and companionship. Guardians are asked to make a minimum donation of $400 to cover the cost of their own trip. Communication is exclusively by email, so Guardians must provide an email address that they monitor frequently.
